*During the low- and midseason on request it is possible to book for a longer period at a special rate.

Not included is the final cleaning of € 125,--.This will be paid in cash on arrival or during your stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 500,- will be paid together with the final balance. This amount will be refunded a week after the check-out, in case of no damage.

 

 

NOTES

Minimum stay of 7 nights (during the high season). 

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday (during the high season).

Arrival after 4pm and check-out before 10am.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is only permitted outside.

In case you will stay for more than one week, (mandatory) bed linen will be changed.

RESERVATION / PAYMENT TERMS / CANCELLATION

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a downpayment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation no refund will take place in case of cancellation. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
