Piso Lisboa

The name of the apartment refers to Lisbon, the city the owners have a special bond with.

Outside the complex there is enough parkingspace for the cars. Entering the main gate you enter the communal garden with nice palmtrees and where an old olivetree welcomes you. The apartment itself is situated in the left building and the entrance of each block is marked with a nice paradisetree which gives you a tropical feeling.

Lay-out of the apartment 

You enter the apartment at the open plan kitchen area with bright living room, both leading to the large outside terrace (20m2). The terrace/balcony has a nice open view with in the distance green hills.

 

The hallway leads you to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and blinds with remote control. From the bed rooms you have a nice view of the communal garden and a distance sea view.

 

The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, oven/grill, kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher, toaster) and is separated from the living room area with a nice breakfast bar.

 

 

COMMUNAL POOL

The communal pool is gated from the garden, and has a shallow and a deeper area, separated from each other with stepping stones. There are enough outside-showers and there is a nice green lawn for sunbathing with palmtrees for some shadow.
