The Dutch owners, a young couple, offer their holiday apartment  in Jávea/Xàbia to guests trough out the whole year. It is a perfect base for a seaside holiday in the Alicante region. The interior of the apartment is inspired by Lisbon, the city that has a special place in their hearts.

 

The beach is only a short walk (2 min.) away and all amenities like shops, supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby.

 

The complex is build in 2018 and consists of 2 buildings, with a nice garden between them, and a communal swimming pool with relax area. The apartment itself has a nice living room with open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large terrace/balcony with nice open views.
